The mess, it was so much fun! Maryam slept through it all, but I don't think she would have eaten the cake anyway.
The party was very nice. There was lots of family and friends there. We played lawn sports, (which us desert people are terrible at, growing up without yards!) we ate good food, (especially the cupcakes!) played a game of pin the candle on the cupcake, watched Charlie open up REALLY cool presents (mostly toys! REALLY neat ones too!) and visited with the family. It was a GREAT day!
