I think OT gives Maryam a feeling of accomplishment! She should be exhausted and worn out after therapy, but she's usually in a very pleasant mood. Today she ate apple sauce and mixed grain rice cereal. Well, I wouldn't go so far to say she ate it, but she had a few swallows of both. She played with a tooth brush, her NUC brush, a spoon and some toys. Her therapist Amanda says that Maryam is passing all of her developmental milestones for an 8 month old, except for rolling over on to her tummy. But we're working on that with her developmental teacher!!!
