"Jake's Park" is what Maryam likes to call it. Nurse Jennifer always lets us stay with her and her family when we have an appointment in San Diego. On this particular trip, we were down there to have Jax's drainage tube removed. Afterwards, we headed to Jen and Mike's to play!
