Fun time at the beach

I took the kids to Coronado this morning. I really wanted to take Jax on the bridge and I really wanted Maryam to get some beach time. She loves the beach. We ended up at North Island right next to the Naval Air Station! I used to go to this beach as a kid.
Jax was stoked when the jets started taking off. They would launch 3 or 4 at a time. We were maybe 300 yards away. He was so happy!!!
Maryam had fun digging and digging and making "sand angels". She lived it. They both had fun running from the waves and they both had moments of bravery as long as they were holding my hands. They would only go out into the water if I held their hands. It was cute!
