Preemie Pandemonium: Disneyland

Who am I?

A question I ask myself almost everyday! I remember when I was Jennifer, just Jennifer. Now I'm Jennifer, or Maryam's Mommy or Jax's Mommy, or Brett's wife.
I am a wife and a mother. I have two beautiful kids, Maryam my former 25w micropreemie and Jax my former 33w preemie. Both kids are doing wonderfully now!
I LOVE to read, scrapbook, quilt and play with Maryam. If I could, I'd go to Disneyland everyday!
In what little free time I have these days, I update this blog. I hope you enjoy reading about my little family.
