Whether she's decorating a cake, playing with her pet rock, "sock", playing in the dirt or jumping on the tramp.....my baby girl is as sweet as they come. Until something doesn't go her way like having to brush the dirt off, making her not throw sand in her hair or asking her to not sit in the mud under the rose bushes. Maryam is one of a kind. She's easy. She's slightly awkward at times, but I hear most 3 year olds are weird. She loves to read. She loves playing outside. She has at least one tea party a day. She wakes up with a smile everyday and almost always asks, where are we going? Ha! She LOVES going to the movies, but is just as content with a DVD. Today her favorite movie is Aladdin and has been since we watched the stage show at CA Adventure. Her favorite breakfast is Eggos. Her favorite lunch is Spaghetti O's (Princess). Her favorite dinner is Mac n cheese. Lately we've been insisting she eat what we eat and its been pretty successful. Maryam doesn't like to go to bed at night. She always says she wants to stay up with me. I usually let her stay up a little longer. When she does finally go to bed she gets up 3 or 4 more times for a hug, a very sweet delay tactic. That's my baby girl. She can always make me smile, even when she's driving me crazy. Sometimes I just have to stop and laugh. I LOVE her.
