Maryam's soccer season is over. :( We LOVE soccer season! Maryam loves playing and we love watching her play.

I FINALLY downloaded all the pictures on my camera. I'm ashamed to tell you that I had photos on there that dated all the way back to the beginning of October! My goodness. I guess all this sickness has gotten the better of me. Hopefully we're on the backside of a very long battle. If its not Maryam, its Jax, if its not Jax, its me! Yikes. I'm praying that December through April are better than last year. So far, its been rough.
Anyway, here are some photos of Maryam getting her soccer trophy. She was so excited! Jax kept asking where his was, but in the end was happy for Sister.

Maryam received a trophy for completing her first soccer season! Team Del Taco was dun to be a part of. Her coach, Coach Dion, is a nice guy and Maryam loved playing on his team.

Playing goalie. She LOVES playing goalie! She's actually pretty decent at it too! She's not afraid of the ball or getting kicked, she just gets down and picks it up or clears the ball by kicking it. I'm so proud!!!

Here is Maryam at the only practice I've been to since she started playing. Unfortunately her practice is at 5 and I don't get off until 6. It sucks for me, but they have to practice while its still sunny out.

So because she is in the 4 and 5 year old league they don't keep any statistics. We're not supposed to know how many goals are scored, how many assists there are, how many blocked goals there are, none of it. Of course, that doesn't stop the dads on the sideline. After Maryam's last game, Brett turned to me and said, Maryam had 4 saves! I looked at him shocked! Then he said, we've won every game so far. Ha! Dads...
