The kids decided that they NEEDED to play outside in the rain puddles. I decided that it would be good for them since they had been cooped up for a few hours. It poured for hours! Combined with the thunder, lightning and wind, I decided it would be better if they stayed inside.
So, when it let up, they let loose!
